Naturally your first guess would be right. Police agencies across the U.S. But we also have sold Interceptors to security firms, bounty hunters, EMT's,fireman, officers who want a "take home" car, and many others involved in some sort of aspect of law enforcement. We recently completed a 10 car order for a national company that trains police and MP"s in the art of high speed pursuit driving. It was gratifying that they picked my company to do this for them. And of course, we have the general public. From 17 year olds to 82 year old grandmothers.Every person bought the car for their own vison of an Interceptor. From just being a beautiful car with a pretty metallic paint job for the 82 year old, to the 17 year olds that want to look really cool driving one with black tinted windows and small wheel covers. We have people that like the authoritative, sometimes intimidating look of the car and outfitit with a pushbar or just the fact that it is the last full frame muscle car. We've had families buy them for it's 5 star NHTSA crash rating and because it's roomy and safe for their kids. No matter what you do for a living, you can own one of these beauties. Once they pass from a police agency, anyone can buy them, as they are not available to the public new from the Ford factory. So for whatever reason you have for wanting to buy an Interceptor, we either have or can build one especially for you. |
